Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Unworn sarees with original tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Initiate via Account or by emailing hello@snroyalsaree.com.
Non-Returnable
Custom-stitched blouses, altered sarees, sale items, and Royal Heirloom pieces (hand-numbered) cannot be returned, but can be exchanged for store credit.
Refund Timeline
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Exchange
Free exchange within India. International exchanges incur return shipping cost.
